What information do I need to make a reservation?

To successfully complete the reservation, you need the following information:

  • Full name (as written on your ID card or passport)
  • Date of birth and identification number (or a photo of the identification document)
  • Client's mobile phone number
  • Email address (where the electronic invoice for the requested service, details, and full itinerary will be sent)

Very important: For children under 18 years old traveling with customs clearance, it is required that both parents are present to accompany them or one parent must have a special authorization. Along with the original authorization, please also have 2 photocopies to submit at border points.

Do I have to make the payment immediately when I make the reservation?

You can make a reservation, and at the moment when the payment is made, either in cash or through the bank, and the agent receives the confirmation, then your reservation is considered confirmed.

What happens if I cancel the reservation with Elite Travel LCC?

If it's a reservation and service for Airplane, Hotel, Rent a Car, or any other resident or non-resident furnishing service in Albania, any information about cancellation is provided to you at the moment you agree to confirm the reservation, and you agree to the regulations. You must contact the agent.

In case you have booked with Elite Travel LCC, the following rules apply:

  • For products that do not include the airplane ticket, if the reservation made by the client is canceled by the client themselves before 16 days or more before the trip, the client will be refunded the full amount paid in the agency's name. If any expense has been made before cancellation (hotel payment, health insurance while traveling, etc.), this expense will be deducted from the amount the client will receive. Expenses also include the bank commission in the case of payment by credit or debit card.
  • If the reservation made by the client is canceled by the client themselves from 6 (six) to 15 (fifteen) days before the trip, the client is entitled to a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid for the reservation (hotel payment, health insurance while traveling, etc.). The client will pay transfer expenses and administrative expenses that may have been incurred for the service provided to them.
  • If the reservation made by the client is canceled by the client themselves less than 6 (six) days before the trip, the client is not entitled to a refund from the agency.
    In case the consumer withdraws from the contract beyond the above deadline, the agency is obliged to retain, in the form of a penalty, a predetermined amount necessary for the expenses incurred for their reservation. The amount will be determined in accordance with the cancellation deadlines specified in this contract.
  • Cancellation will be considered completed when the client appears in person (or represented by a group member when the trip is booked in a group) at one of the agency's offices or by sending an email to the address info@etg.al to withdraw from the relationship created with the agency.
    The agency informs you that the aforementioned deadlines may vary depending on the type of product and the contract with the hotel.

The refund policy for canceled services for the product from Elite Travel LCC will be applied as follows:

  • If the client proves that the cancellation or early departure from the hotel is made in time and in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy, we will refund the full amount or the remaining amount from any service not used, minus transaction commissions.
  • Full refund by credit card without holding any commission will apply for any cancellation made in accordance with the Elitetravel.al cancellation policies, which the client is informed of at the moment of the initial reservation.
  • For all other payment methods, bank or transaction commissions will be held.
  • Elitetravel.al is not responsible in case of trip cancellation due to force majeure, natural causes, popular protests, or declarations of war in the client's chosen destination, as well as for any incident occurring due to these reasons. The solution will be found by agreement between the agency and the client, reimbursing the latter 100% of the payment.
  • If the minimum number of participants required for the package organization is not met, then the agency has the right to cancel the trip. The minimum number prediction varies depending on the destination and the period of the year when a package is promoted and is always made known at the moment of the package publication."
